If do you want to edit the slider options and default page option settings for a translated page ( seconday language page ), then kindly follow the below steps.
Step 1
Get into the file path theme-directory / wpml-config.xml at line number 4 ( Approx ) ther you need to change the value “Copy” to “Ignore”
Step 2
After that just disable and enable the Designthemescorefeature Plugin. Then only it will replfects on the page settngs.
