If you want to display the translated certificate date in your multilingual site then kindly follow the below instruction.

Open the file in this path /wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/shortcodes/shortcodes.php using some editor like DreamWeaver and scroll to line no: 2832 approximately.

Step 2 :

Under the function dt_sc_resizable you can modify the code like the image.

If you cannot find the code in the line number specified, just search for Testimonial Carousel in that file and you can find the relevant code.
