I will do so, but can you please confirm that the plugins / theme do not do what I require. If it does I am happy to use it still it is just the uncertainty.
thanks for your help
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyDOes this imply the plugin does not solve the issue we had from the start? If you can confirm it will be appreciated. We just need the availability calendar to not offer up already booked spaces. As you can imagine this needs to be the minimum requirement for a booking platform.
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyIf I deactivate the original plugin and activate the PRO version all of my menus disappear, there might be more things but as this is the live site I did not want to leave it that way for any length of time. I had hoped installing the new plugin would not effect other parts of the site, i hop[ed it would be a simple switch of plugins and maybe even possible to transfer the data between plugins.
How can I upload screenshots to this chat
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyGood afternoon, i have followed your advice and purchased the pro version of the plugin however if I install this the layout of the theme breaks. I appreciate I will need to add in new staff members and maybe services too but why does the PRO version of the plugin break the menu etc. can you offer any help with this so we can move forward.
Thank you, I look forward to hearing back from you
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyIt has been a month since my last question, can some please let me know how to resolve the issue. Can you confirm the only way to resolve the issues we are experiencing is to upgrade to the pro version of the plugin? If that is the case can you also confirm that if this problem still exsists after the purchase I will be able to get a refund for both the upgrade and the theme as it does nto suit my needs. I just need to ensure people cannot book an appointment if there is already an exsisting appointment. I think it is justified to expect that to be the case for a booking system.
Thank you in advance
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyIf we purchase the Pro Version and our problem is not fixed, can we get a refund?
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyI purchased the theme and was under the impression the theme came with the plugin, I cannot find the plugin in the WP dashboard to check which version we have installed, how would I update to the Pro version if the free version is not visible to upgrade?
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyHave they always been available in the pro version? Why didn’t anybody think to tell me this? I am happy to pay for the pro version if that is what I must do to make it work. Can you confirm that this issue will be resolved with the purchase of the pro version?
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyOK, so is more testing going on? I would of thought for a booking calendar it is essential that appointments do not clash with each other, it is a vital part of being able to make appoointments that the appointment booked is actaully available. Do let me know if you will further continue with this or not.
Your help is very much appreciated
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyGood morning, sorry to trouble you but it has been a month since our last discussion. Can you advise if things are likley to be resolved anytime soon. I appreciate you are busy, I just need to understand if I need to look at an alternative solution.
Thank you again for your understanding
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyHi Guys, sorry to ask again, but is there any progress with this? Should I look for another solution? I purchased the theme thinking this aspect of the booking manager was an included feature as without it the booking manager is not really cpomplete. Can you please let me know if this will be resolved soon, if not I will have to look for another solution as currently I get reservation clashes which is not good for business.
Thank you for your understanding
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThank you, have I misunderstood, is this not a function that is already available with the theme? We want dates and times that are booked in the back end calendar not to be available on the front end availability calendar. Sorry if I have misunderstood things.
thanks again
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyI just wanted to check back to see if this had been resolved yet? Thank you
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThank you again for looking at this however maybe we are not understanding each other. I have allocated the hours for each day and that is not a problem. Only those set hours are displayed as available.
However… If you make a search for availability for Monday 8th August I have made 2 test appointments one for 30 mins at 2pm then another for 1.5 hours so there should be no availability from 4pm, however if I look for an appointment for a 90 minute srvice it shows me availability from 3.30 but the calendar in the back calendar has a manual booking at that time.
This means someone can book and pay for a service that I cannot provide. Am I missing something in the way I set things up?
Perhaps I am not adding manula appointments correctly in the back end, is there a way I must confirmt hem?
thank you again, as you can imagine this is a pretty vital park of the booking process.
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThank you, I had thought that manually adding appointments in the calendar backend would mean that these times would not be shown in the availability schedule. However this does not seem to be the case. I have added another test appointment but when I search for availability I am offered a time slot that is already partially taken by another appointment
I hope we can resolve this, thank you once again
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyHi There,
is there any further help on this
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThank you for your response, however I don’t think this fixes the issue. I have multiple therapies set up with differing time lengths. We have one therapist however when we manually add in an appointment and then act as a user and try make an appointment we are offered times that have already been booked out.
Obviously this is not great if someone is able to book a time slot that is not available.
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThank you, I look forward to your response
in reply to: Calendar Nor working ProperlyThe availability shown does nto correspond to the bookings / schedule on the Calendar. Please test using the therapist Jane Bradshaw as this is a live example. DO we need to apply manula bookings in a particular way?
thank you
