Good afternoon, We have recently purchased and installed the helen Spa theme, I cannot add to that forum as I cannot register, or at least i get no emails with log in credentials.
The site is running well but the booking calendar seems to have a glitch or I am using it incorrectly. I have manually added some bookings, but when I search for availability as a site user, I am offered time slots that are clearly makerked as booked in the back end. I only have one therapist established. All services are applied to the single therapist. Is there anyway i can block off time for holidays etc but ensure users do not get presented with these dates when trying to make bookings. Doubke bookings are not good for business. Thank you in advance. This reply has been marked as private.
We have checked your site it’s working fine. For your reference, we have made a test ( therapist ) and booked several appointments. If the therapist has been booked by another user the time slots will not be available in the front end to book an appointment by the current user.

Thank you for looking into this however I do not think it is resolved.
I did a test booking for Saturday the 9th with the original therapist and as you say it mentions no time slots available, for my selected time, I then change the time by an hour or so and I get options including those that should be booked out.
I have screenshots but no way to attach. Clearly Jane Bradshaw has been booked out between 2pm and 8.15pm but I get offered 3 and 4 pm
I hope we can resolve this. Your help is much appreciated
The availability shown does nto correspond to the bookings / schedule on the Calendar. Please test using the therapist Jane Bradshaw as this is a live example. DO we need to apply manula bookings in a particular way?
We are processing your query and we get back to you once its completed.
Thank you, I look forward to your response
Time slots were based on service time allocated for the services, so kindly change the service time as per your requirement to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your response, however I don’t think this fixes the issue. I have multiple therapies set up with differing time lengths. We have one therapist however when we manually add in an appointment and then act as a user and try make an appointment we are offered times that have already been booked out.
Obviously this is not great if someone is able to book a time slot that is not available.4 weeks ago DT Team !!!Keymaster

is there any further help on this2 weeks, 6 days ago DT Team !!!Keymaster
We have made some changes to resolve your query.
The time slots available on the front end are based on the service time which you have already added to the service.
And you can hold the therapist’s timing slots on the schedule options by turning off the time when the therapist was on another appointment.

Thank you, I had thought that manually adding appointments in the calendar backend would mean that these times would not be shown in the availability schedule. However this does not seem to be the case. I have added another test appointment but when I search for availability I am offered a time slot that is already partially taken by another appointment
I hope we can resolve this, thank you once again2 weeks, 1 day ago DT Team !!!Keymaster
Thanks for your patience !!
The time slots available on the front end are based on the service time( 45 Mins ) that you have selected.
Kindly refer to the screenshot https://prnt.sc/T0VsaZHBqsAz and make changes to schedule options to hold therapists available time slots.2 weeks, 1 day ago MichaelHendersonParticipant
Thank you again for looking at this however maybe we are not understanding each other. I have allocated the hours for each day and that is not a problem. Only those set hours are displayed as available.
However… If you make a search for availability for Monday 8th August I have made 2 test appointments one for 30 mins at 2pm then another for 1.5 hours so there should be no availability from 4pm, however if I look for an appointment for a 90 minute srvice it shows me availability from 3.30 but the calendar in the back calendar has a manual booking at that time.
This means someone can book and pay for a service that I cannot provide. Am I missing something in the way I set things up?
Perhaps I am not adding manula appointments correctly in the back end, is there a way I must confirmt hem?
thank you again, as you can imagine this is a pretty vital park of the booking process.1 week, 6 days ago DT Team !!!Keymaster

Great day. Thanks for your patience. We are working on this plugin query. Due to more functionality and detail, it will take us more time to complete this plugin without an issue.
Surely, we will deliver a better and more compatible plugin without any issues soon. Will remain with you once it is gets completed.

Thank you, have I misunderstood, is this not a function that is already available with the theme? We want dates and times that are booked in the back end calendar not to be available on the front end availability calendar. Sorry if I have misunderstood things.
