Red Art Theme installation problem

While uploading the theme, we are getting below given error.

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection

Checking the proxy and the firewall

cPanel login details (Admin username and Admin password)

WordPress admin login (Domain Name, Admin username and Admin password)

FTP access login details ( FTP Host, FTP Username, FTP Password)
