Plain text shows in page builder

Hello!

I have a problem, in Page Builder I can see only plain text without typical builder options :-/ May I ask you what I did wrong?

Hi.,

Thank you for contacting us.

The Visual composer page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.
