I have upload the theme and installed the demo content for modernshop. There are quite a few problems with the theme and content. There are missing icons, gallery images etc. How do I install the demo content to be exactly as it appears in the demo preview?

If still facing any of issues Please mail us your site credentials (WP & FTP access logins) immediately via private reply. So that, We import demo data for you.
Did you receive the ftp information?
FTP details are working fine now. You forget to send your site URL to login. Please send it. We will help you.
The demo is not the same as the one shown in the theme preview…There are icons missing when hovering over products. The carousel on the product pages is missing. There are not “Featured” tags. There is no wish-list function. There is an error on the contact page. It doesn’t look any different to the demo content that I installed.
Can you fix this?
Images used in the demo are not included for download, these images are copyrighted, if you are planning to use the photos we can provide the links to buy license.

I am not referring to the images. I am referring to the various icons which are clickable links.
1. On the home page there are products shown. One icon is a shopping trolley which adds to basket, another is an eye which opens quick view, another is a heart which adds to wishlist. Another is a slide which adds to ship your idea. None of these re present in my imported content.
2. There is no wish list page.
3. There is no image gallery and carousel.
4. The contact page shows an error
5 On the home page, certain products have a pin then on hover says “Featured”, this in not present.
Please read my previous messages, as the demo content does not look like the one on the theme sales page.
Also, why does it take a day for you to respond to a support request? This will seriously affect my ability to get my site up in running within a reasonable time!
