Add link in team shortcode

How can I make the pictures of the teammembers in the team shortcode clickable en add a link to another page?

As of now we don’t have that option, if you need we can customize our shortcode in your site. So,kindly send us your WordPress admin login and FTP login credentials through the right bottom form located @http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes .So that, we will customize your site as per your need.
