It has been a month since my last question, can some please let me know how to resolve the issue. Can you confirm the only way to resolve the issues we are experiencing is to upgrade to the pro version of the plugin? If that is the case can you also confirm that if this problem still exsists after the purchase I will be able to get a refund for both the upgrade and the theme as it does nto suit my needs. I just need to ensure people cannot book an appointment if there is already an exsisting appointment. I think it is justified to expect that to be the case for a booking system.
