Thank you, I had thought that manually adding appointments in the calendar backend would mean that these times would not be shown in the availability schedule. However this does not seem to be the case. I have added another test appointment but when I search for availability I am offered a time slot that is already partially taken by another appointment

I hope we can resolve this, thank you once again
