We have an issue with WPML, we don’t know where to go to translate the courses pages and the other LMS elements. We’re using Elementor Pro and WPML pro. Please provide us with what we need and where we need to go to change it.

Kindly, follow the WPML tutorial to translate page content on the site. Added referral link kindly look on it, https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/.
If you do not use multi-languages on the site. Out theme itself we have string translation please try to use that as well. Added document link for you reference, http://docs.wedesignthemes.com/dt_articles/translation/.
