Visual editor not working

The visual editor is not working for Humanity theme. I have verified the most recent version is being used (I am also using a child theme). Whenever I try to edit pages it deletes all content and the visual editor does not work. Please advise.

Kindly, send us the page link where you have the issue, along with your WordPress and FTP Login Credentials through the right bottom form located @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we will check the issue.
