These are using the [dt_sc_button] shortcode.
The links are not working, or editable.
Can you please advise as we would like to get our site live pretty soon.
I noticed this was an issue with the Medical theme (of which this is a fork) but cannot access that forum.

This does not work properly. It breaks the url if you use a prefix.
For example, we need to point externally to either ‘https’ or for a direct telephone ‘tel:’
Please can you show how to add url for both of the above.

1 ) If you want to use “tel” link, then you can’t use the button shortcode. If you want to link the mobile number then kindly refer the below knowledgebase link,
