Need Help with Certificates

The certificate shortcodes etc. are not working. I need help with this. I watched the video still didn’t work please take a look in our backend to get this working thanks. Where do I go on here to send credentials?

Hi.,

We have fixed your certificate issue. kindly navigate to LMS => All Certificates => DUI Level 1 where you can change the certificate contents as your wish.
