Hi, the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin is working fine. Since I also sell a digital PDF & when buying this I don’t get an error while processing the payment.

Only when I buy the course I get the error message.

Please see for yourself & let me know how to fix it.
Without being able to sell the courses I cannot use the plugin I’ve payed for and would like to have a refund.

Ok so from this error message I started creating a group. I connected the group with the course and now the payment confirms.

Why is it not documented that you have to create a buddypress group & link it to the course?

Next issue popping up:

In the documentation you talk about Email Template Page.
When clicking on pointofcontact I don’t see the option to select an email template.

Is the documentation lacking or is it the plugin?

1) We have created a test course and purchased using your payment option and it’s working fine from our end after deactivating the Buddypress plugin.

2) To customize the email template :

Please navigate to Pages -> Select Email -> Edit with Elementor or WP Bakery Page builder to customize the email template as per your requirement.

Hi Semvc.,

Please navigate to Pages -> Add New Page -> Email -> Edit With Elementor -> Customize your email template using Elementor widgets.

For Email content add this code to the textarea: {{dtlms-poc-email-template-content}}

Hi, thanks for answering.

I think you don’t read my question well.

If I go to LMS > Settings > Point of contact, here you should be able to select the email template as shown in your documentation. But I don’t see the option to select the email template. I only see the option “Email Subject Prefix” on top, not the one to select the email template.

Can you please check this?
