Kids Life | Children School – ERROR

I’m interested in buying this ( https://themeforest.net/item/kids-life-children-wordpress-theme/10068328?s_rank=5) template, but I have some questions.
First, I checked this template in w3c validator and on main page and
shop page I got fatal error (tag a nested another a tag and a few
duplicate ids). I know it is bad for website positioning. Is it posibble
to fix this error soon?
This template has function “events”. Is that mean that visitor may book
an event which I will create? I would like to have such functionality on
my website.
Last but not least, is it possible to attach to users accounts files for
download (each user may has a diffrent file)?

1) We will fix validation issues ASAP it doesn’t matter

2) We used “Events Calendar” plugin to display the events – https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

3) Sorry, This feature is not available in our theme.
