Instructor page not showing

Hi,
I have created a new user who is an Instructor, called “jsboudoy”. He appears on the course page with his photo and name, and the link to access his presentation webpage https://my_site/author/jsboudoy.
But when I click on the link, it opens my site default page instead of the instructor presentation page.

Thanks for contacting us. We checked your issue, if we disable the plugin and try to open the page at that time also the page is redirected to your home page.

Maybe this redirection may happen on the theme page. We requested you to contact your theme provider for this issue.
