Hi. We have this weird problem on our site where we have a message at the top of the white box editor that says: Failed to load plugin url: https://www.ayurveda-retreat.co.uk/wp-content/themes/spatreats/framework/tinymce/plugin-wp-3.9.js;
https://www.dropbox.com/s/coeige0j16aa2w2/Untitled-1.jpg?dl=0
It’s causing problems further down the page ( I think) as we can’t edit the Layout or Post Layout settings.

I’ve tried everything. We’ve updated the theme to the latest version, we’ve tried manually updating tinymce. I’ve checked the file is at the URL specified. I’ve disabled all plugins. Nothing seems to work.
Something that may be a separate issue or could be related – every page has a load of console errors.

If you look closely at the URL, it is always looking for the files at http://www.ayurveda-retreat.co.uk/js/public etc. and not the expected URL http://www.ayurveda-retreat.co.uk/wp-content/themes/spatreats/framework etc.
The weird thing is, is if you look in the code, the URL for these resource is printed as it should with https and the /framework URL, so I don’t understand where these errors are coming from. The only thing I have established is if you comment out the enqueue() function for a particular resource, the error goes away.
As I say, might be related or might not! Rest of the site is working fine. Please can you help?
Hi.,

Hi.,
Thank you for your login details .
Kindly deactivate third party plugins and check out the issue , and also kindly activate parent theme and check the issue .
Note : Before deactivate plugin and child theme , kindly take a full backup . And we are ready to do but without your permission we can’t deactivate anything .
Hi.,
The issue has been resolved .
Fix : You have added these codes under your htaccess file http://prntscr.com/oj8k14 . So now we have renamed your original htaccess file http://prntscr.com/oj8k72 . And regenerated the file freshly , now all working fine .
