Eliminate the duplicate title

Sorry to ask for this a second time, but I have made the mistake of forgetting to install the child theme and now what I have done I have to redo many settings, and among them I have lost what you did to me so that the title is not duplicated in the entries .
Can you tell me where to modify it and do it myself for the child theme?
