Great. Thank you. I have two follow-up questions: when I use the style picker to adjust any styles, it seems to affect the time listed on the Event slider on the homepage. The Time listing under the Venue gets changed to the current date/time.

Also, the Event slider uses this shortcode: [dt_sc_upcoming_events_carousel limit=”4″ excerpt_length=”30″ /]

But it’s not removing events that are in the past. Shouldn’t any events in the past automatically be removed or is there other shortcode that needs to be added?

Hello,

While the issue with past events displaying is now fixed, there is still a problem with the event date/time not displaying correctly in the Event Slider. Sometimes the event date/time is correctly displayed, but other times the current date/time is displayed.

Refreshing the browser or using the style picker causes different times (on the same page) to be displayed. This happens particularly in browsers when you are not logged in as WP admin (e.g., on another tab). There is some kind of strange caching effect going on.

Can you resolve this?

Hello,

There were some problems with the site after the WP 5.8 upgrade on July 22, but the site seems to be working now.

Regarding the Event slider, the incorrect Date/Time still appears randomly. This happens event after clearing the WP cache with the GoDaddy (Managed WordPress -> Flush Cache) menu option. Flushing browser cache afterwards also does not help. I don’t believe there are any other cache plugins being used.

Do you have any other ideas? I’m afraid we may have to replace this Slider with one from a different vendor.

1) Are you still providing support for Humanity – Charity WordPress?

2) Can plug-in updates (e.g., for WPBakery) still be installed on our site in the future?
