we have done 3 fresh installs on Digitalocean and 2 fresh installs on Siteground.
as soon as we install the demo, database crashes.
It is obvious that the template you provided is not working.
Please send me full refund for this template.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As we discussed earlier, we tried as much as possible from your end, but due to low server configuration and execution time issues the server not loading as expected. As we mentioned in the documentation you should check our basic server requirement on your server-side as well.
Whenever we tried to check your query the domain is automatically redirected to the Error database establishing connection page. We are sure that, this issue happened from the server-side only, regarding this issue solution is, you need to increase your database storage and execution speed on your server.
Even, though you have shared the new domain, that link is also not loaded for us. Please check this server issue from your end and the theme will work fine.
