For your kind information we have not customized any contents in your site, for social icons issue only we have just added the shortcode under your footer widget. Other than we have not touched any single piece of your contents,

1 ) In our demo we have not displayed the social icons, if you want to display the social icons first you have to enable the social media icons under Admin Panel > Appearance > Humanity > General > Sociable. After that you can add a below social shortcode , where do you want to display it.

2 ) Menu : It is our theme issue , We just fixed this issue under the file path /humanity/wp-content/themes/humanity/header.php at line number 94,
