I need help in some last modification in menu second and third level – i need it to look like this:

the second and tird menu levels should be without hover effects (no background and no text-color effect when hover) just make it bolder when hover – like in the site above.

and please if you can chande the pink color to #f7cddb (which is a lighter pink) or guid me how to do it by myself.
