I think you don’t read my question well.

If I go to LMS > Settings > Point of contact, here you should be able to select the email template as shown in your documentation. But I don’t see the option to select the email template. I only see the option “Email Subject Prefix” on top, not the one to select the email template.

Can you please check this?
