Thank you for sending the PSD files. Do you have PSDs that are grouped properly? There are literally thousands of loose layers that will take many hours to organize! All of the themes I’ve received from Themeforest/Envato to date are organized in this way. FYI – the designer of this theme should’ve set it up this way (otherwise it’s extremely tedious to find all of the elements). I don’t have the time to organize everything, and the file is completely unusable to me as of now. I ended up using another theme because I didn’t have the PSD files to begin with, now I’m seeing why you didn’t provide the PSDs in the theme…
I am willing to wait for properly grouped PSDs if you need to send it back to your designer for a proper organization. I’m not trying to be difficult, but I think that’s how I would handle this situation. You could easily sell more themes and eliminate the hassle of all of this!!
The theme looks nice and I would like to use it, but if we can’t resolve this issue, I will dispute with Envato / ThemeForest and my credit card company.
