1) & 2 ) Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options > Layout > Header > Others > Enable Top Bar ( YES! to enable top bar)

3) Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options > Layout > Footer > Show Copyright Text, here you can change or delete the Copyright Text as you want.

4) Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Option > General > Loader Animation > NO > Save All.
