Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Deactivate the plugin you want to update and delete the plugin, then Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Click Add New then browse the downloadable zip file, click to install and wait until installing the plugin, then click to activate to install the updated version of the plugin files.
