Please follow the below method if you need to display the more option text instead of excerpt text.
Open the file in this path /wp-content/themes/test/functions/loops/content-archive.php file using some editor like DreamWeaver and scroll to line no: 314 approximately.
There you can modify the code like the image.
Now login to your WordPress backend panel, and navigate to posts > Add New Posts there you can add blog content with more option.
