Get into Admin Panel > Pages > Add New > here you can put a parent page title. Then assign as Feature Template under the page attribute option.

Get into Admin Panel > Pages > Add New > here you can put a child page title. Then assign as Feature Template under the page attribute option. And also assign parent page in the same page attribute section.

In this way you can create a more than one child pages to the feature template.
