Get into the option Dashboard > Courses > All Certificates > Add new here you can create a cetificate template. You can create a certificate template using the below shortcode.

And also use below shortcode to add certificate content dynamically

Here you can upload the backgorund images for the certificate, and you can enable the print option for the certificate.
