Step 1:
You need to download your own language file.
Step 2:
Rename the exported file name as woocommerce-yourlanguage.po and woocommerce-yourlanguage.mo [ ex : woocommerce-fr_FR.po and woocommerce-fr_FR.mo ]
Step 3:
After that place the downloaded file under the file path /wp-content/languages/plugins/
Now you have successfully translated the woocommerce extension.
