When you have added the video under the Admin Panel > Portfolio > Add New Video, by default it will display out video placeholder image.

Open the file in this path /wp-content/themes/onelife/tpl-portfolio.php using some editor like DreamWeaver and scroll to line no:178 approximately there you can replace the image.

In this way you can change the placeholder image under the files /wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/custom-post-types/templates/taxonomy-portfolio_entries.php and wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/shortcodes/shortcodes.php

Open the file in this path /wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/custom-post-types/templates/images/  there you can replace the image with same name.
