In our latest version of our LMS theme we have added the option for Showing / Hiding the course contents in public. This applies only for our Custom Post Type Courses and not for the Sensei Plugin Courses.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS OPTION APPLIED ONLY FOR THE PAID COURSES AND NOT FOR THE FREE COURSES. THE FREE COURSES CAN BE ACCESSED BY ANYONE WHETHER HE IS LOGGED IN OR NOT.
Hide Contents Set to No
The Hide Contents option is included in Dashboard > LMS > LMS > Theme Course > General.
If the courses are paid courses, and if the “Hide Contents” is set to “NO” then any user can view the course contents. The Lessons can be viewed only if its not marked as private from the lessons edit page.
Hide Contents set to Yes
If the courses are paid courses, and if the “Hide Contents” is set to “YES” then only after purchasing the course, the course contents and lessons can be viewed.
