I am encountering an issue with the DesignThemes LMS and WooCommerce integration on my website. After a customer completes a purchase through WooCommerce, the corresponding course in DesignThemes LMS remains inaccessible, even though the order status in WooCommerce is marked as “Completed.” This issue is affecting the user experience on my site, as customers are unable to access the courses they have paid for.

User Experience:

The user completes a course purchase via WooCommerce.
The order is successfully processed, and the order status is updated to “Completed.”
The user attempts to access the purchased course in DesignThemes LMS but finds it unavailable.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

Verified that the WooCommerce order status is “Completed.”
Checked the integration settings between DesignThemes LMS and WooCommerce.
Temporarily deactivated other plugins to check for conflicts.
Ensured all plugins (DesignThemes LMS and WooCommerce) and the theme are updated to their latest versions.
Reviewed user roles and permissions related to course access.
Checked payment gateway configuration for proper communication of successful transactions.

Payment Gateway Used: I use Viva but for the tests i used WooCommerce Bank transfer and manually changed to completed

This issue is not present when the course is free.
