Hello again

It seems I still need your support.

I created this course: https://publicconstruction.ro/courses/curs-manager-de-proiect/.

When an user clicks on the Add to cart button (“Adauga in cos” in romanian) he is redirected to the checkout page.
If the user is logged in, or has an account and logs in, he can process the order without any issues.

But if the user does not have an account and he is required to create one, when the order is placed an error messaged is displayed saying the order is not processed (https://prnt.sc/TPWFL1RhjoMC).

What actually happens in admin is that only the user is created and the order fails to process, as it usually does in WooCommerce. If the user clicks again on complete order, another error message is displayed (https://prnt.sc/E897OHF3dLQq), saying the user is already registered and needs to login in order to proceed. Once the user logs in, he can place the order.

So it seems to be a bug in the integration with WooCommerce. The registration along with course acquisition is critical, because otherwise the course allocation to the student account is not done.

How can we solve this?

I suggest you to test the process by yourself in order to better understand what’s happening.
