Hello, I bought a plugin and got acquainted with the documentation, but there was one question.
When creating a certificate, I do not have such options as in the screenshot in the online documentation. I see only the editor for creating the certificate and the options I see only hints for the shortcode, but I don’t see the print button. Also, in the frontend, after completing the course, the student does not receive a certificate, in any WordPress theme. Help me please, this is urgent.

The Auto Evaluation is allowed only for Quizzes and not for courses. Admin has the right to grade the students to receive a certificate after completing the courses.

Regarding your certificate query, kindly send us your site credentials (WP &FTP access logins) details by marking “Set as private reply” so that we can receive your details in private and check the issue.

Our theme default functionality for auto Evaluation is allowed only for Quizzes and not for courses. Admin has the right to grade the students to receive a certificate after completing the courses.
