Make sure that you have installed/activated the Events Calendar plugin.

Get into Admin Panel > Events > Settings > API’s > Google Maps API key [ Here you need to enter your google map API key ] > Save Changes.

Then only events calendar will display the map under the single event page.

After that get into the corresponding event edit page there you need to enable the google map option.
